Information we collect
We collect applicant, contact, service, document and payment-reference information required to prepare and manage an assistance request. The full Aadhaar number is encrypted before database storage; only its last four digits are used in routine notifications.
How information is used
Information is used to validate the request, provide document guidance, communicate status, reconcile payment, maintain an audit trail and support submission through authorized processes.
Storage and security
Uploaded files are stored with randomized names outside direct web access. Access is limited to the scoped applicant session and authenticated staff. Hosting operators must enable HTTPS, protect backups, rotate secrets and restrict server access.
Sharing and retention
Data is shared only with service providers needed to process the request, such as payment and messaging providers, and with authorized PAN portals when applicable. Operators should define a documented retention period and securely delete documents after service completion and legal retention needs.
Your choices
Contact the service operator to request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Do not submit OTPs, UPI PINs, card PINs, bank passwords or unrelated identity documents.
