Refund Policy

Plain-language terms for the Mtg Digital Seva assistance service.

Refund eligibility

A refund may be considered when the assistance service has not started, a duplicate payment is confirmed, or payment was collected but the request could not be created due to a technical failure.

Non-refundable work

Service fees may be non-refundable after document review, preparation or submission work begins. Government or authorized-portal charges are subject to the policies of the collecting organization.

Rejected applications

Government or portal rejection does not automatically create a refund right when assistance work was already performed. The team may help identify deficiencies and next steps.

Requesting a refund

Submit the application token, payment order ID and reason to the service operator. Never send card details, UPI PIN or banking passwords.
